Fortune Wings Club

Welcome to Fortune Wings Club! From 28 October 2008 onwards, you can travel with Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways to earn miles and redeem free air tickets, upgrades and other awards offered by the Club.

Beside Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways, you may also travel with Hainan Airlines, Grand China Airlines, Lucky Air, Grand China Express and Western Airlines to earn miles towards redemption of the partner airlines’ flight awards. What’s more, there are other ways to earn miles in your every day life by using credit cards, staying in hotels, shopping and enjoying holidays. Tiered Membership

There are three tiers of Fortune Wings Membership: Regular, Silver and Gold. Members may earn miles to upgrade their status each time they fly with Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express Airways, Hainan Airlines, Grand China Airlines, Lucky Air, Grand China Express and Western Airlines. Membership upgrades and retention are as following:

  1. For sectors of more than 500 kilometers, K is the actual kilometers flown. Sectors of less than 500 kilometers will be counted as 500 kilometers.
  2. Fortune Wings Club members can earn mileage by traveling with “HX” or “UO” flights.
  3. Chartered flights and the flights that you took before you join as a Fortune Wings Club member will not be eligible for mileage accrual.

Note:

R accumulates 200% mileage for international flights; I and J accumulates 150% mileage for international flights, mileage not applicable to regional flights; N and T accumulates 50% mileage for international flights, mileage not applicable to regional flights; E accumulates 50% mileage for regional flights, mileage not applicable to international flights.
  3. Fare class represents your cabin class code. Please make sure that on your ticket is correct. It will directly affect your mileage accumulation.
  4. Members may accumulate mileage flying with all “HU”/“CN”/“8L”/“PN”/“GS” regular flights of Hainan Airlines, Grand China Airlines, Lucky Air, Western Airlines and Grand China Express.
  5. Accumulation of mileage is not applicable to the following situations:
    1. special aircrafts, Hainan Airlines international charter services,
    2. flights beyond Hainan Airlines and its partner airlines
    3. mileages before membership registry
    4. free tickets of any kind
    5. group tickets
    6. any other tickets not applicable for mileage accumulation specified by Hainan
  6. Mileage of the same flight should have record in one frequent flier program only.
  7. Golden Deer Card holders are applicable for mileage accumulation with “F”, “C” and “Y”. Mileage accumulation is 50% of the corresponding cabin, other cabin are not applicable for mileage accumulation; Golden Deer Card holders are not eligible to apply for other flights promotions of Hainan.
  8. The mileage of the bided tickets in Lucky Trip is accumulated according to Y.
  9. Hainan reserves the rights to change without prior notice.
