As long as you are 2 years old or above, you are free to join Fortune Wings Club and enjoy miles reward!

You are advised to read and accept the application detail before your application:

General Conditions

1. Fortune Wings Club (the program) is a frequent flying program managed and operated by Hainan Group.
2. Companies or legal entities are not qualified to join the program. The does not accept joint accumulation of miles, joint applications or duplicate applications.
3. Applicants must provide information in detail and is accurate; Any insufficient or inaccurate information may leads to the rejection of application by Fortune Wings Club.
4. Members filling the application confirm they agree the terms and conditions under Fortune Wings Club, which may subject to change from time to time.
5. Hainan reserved all rights on Fortune Wings Club. Members only have the rights enjoy benefits and redeem rewards personally, but not transferring those to third party.
6. Any changes or amendments of members’ addresses or telephone numbers should have notified Fortune Wing’s Club immediately; Fortune Wings Club is not liable to possible undeliverable, delay or lost mails.
7. Should members abuse the use of Fortune Wings Club rewards, including the sales or transaction of miles, submission of wrong information (e.g. flight records), which violates the terms and conditions of the program, Fortune Wings Club has the right to take the following measures without prior notice: canceling the miles, requesting the member to compensate the lost,terminating its membership, paying full fare of air tickets of the member consumed, the related legal fee and expenses which may occur, etc. Fortune Wings Club reserves all rights to reject the re-application of those members.
8. Fortune Wings Club reserves the right to change the terms and conditions regarding the use, interpretation and execution of the member handbook or terminate the program at any time without prior notice, regardless the change may affect the members benefits reward.
9. Fortune Wings Club and its partners are not responsible for the changes of addresses and telephone numbers; or the termination of their partnership. Such changes may come effective without further notice.
10. Fortune Wings Club strives to guarantee the service standard of the partners, but is not responsible for the product and services the partners provided.
11. Should there be any legal dispute, lawsuit locus is Haikou.

Earn Miles

1. Member’s miles and card number are not transferable or joint to use. Miles are not redeemable for cash. Taxes and fees will be paid by the member should they occur due to the related government’s laws and regulations on miles reward.
2. The following air tickets or fare type cannot accumulate miles under Fortune Wings Club: Flight miles before member registration, free air tickets, non-valued, baby tickets or any other air ticket that is not suitable for accumulation of miles regarded by Fortune Wings Club.
3. Fortune Wings Club has the final decision on membership qualifications. Should a member obtained miles in the violation the member handbook, Fortune Wings Club has the authorization to cancel the miles any time.
4. Fortune Wings Club member’s miles accrual factor through expenses on the partners is stated in the member handbook. Fortune Wings Club has the rights to revise from time to time according to situations. Members will be notified the changes through newsletters and website at ffp.hnair.com.

Redeem Awards

1. All redeemable miles must be accumulated under an identical account of an identical member and cannot be calculated together with other accounts, unless otherwise specified.
2. Miles obtained through illegal or violation of the terms and conditions are not redeemable.
