Q: How can I re-set my password?
A: Please login to your Bauhinia Miles account go to Change Password under Account Management
Q: Can I change my email account?
A: The email you use to register Bauhinia Miles account will be the unique ID to identify your membership, email is not allowed to change upon your registration.
Q: Can I change my eCredit currency after registration?What if the eCredit currency I earned is different from the one I need to use to purchases tickets?
A: 1. Members can change your default eCredit currency type when your eCredit balance is zero.
2. If currency a member paid during any transaction is different from the currency of his/her eCredit account's default currency, or the currency of a referee paid is different from the currency of the referrer's eCredit account, we will convert the currency automatically and the value will be reflected in the user's account. Conversion rate will be calculated and based on HKA's conversion system.
Q: Can I spend all my cumulated eCredit to make one purchase?
A: No matter how many tickets are purchased or how much is the total amount of a purchase, member can use a maximum of HKD1,000 / USD 120 / CNY 800 eCredit per transaction only;
Q: Why I didn’t receive any cumulated eCredit after my referee made a purchase?
A: A transaction that has redeemed eCredit for payment will not be eligible to accumulate eCredit, please double check with your referee.
Q: How to invite friends to join Bauhinia Miles?
A: After login your account, you can go to Inviting Friends function, it provides two ways for you to invite your friends to enjoy the discount.
1 Batch invited your friend in your email contact list, you can input you email account and password and click search, then you can selectively invite you friend. Please be noted that Bauhinia Miles will not store your email password.
2 You can also directly input your friends’ email to invite them.
